We only accept and ship orders within the United States of America.  All orders over $80 will receive free USPS Priority Mail service and will be delivered within 4 working days. 

We suggest where possible orders are sent to a workplace to avoid any disappointment caused by delays.

Need to return something?

You can return your online purchase in person at any Blue Illusion boutique*. 

Or simply follow the steps below;

  1. Complete the Returns & Exchanges Form enclosed within your purchase.
  2. Reuse the same box we delivered your purchase to you in.
  3. Affix the free return label provided.
  4. Take your parcel to any post office.
  5. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.

We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

 

If you have misplaced your label, please contact customer service shopusa@blueillusion.us for a copy.

 

ONLINE EXCHANGES

Need to exchange something? 

You can exchange your online purchase in person at any Blue Illusion boutique*. 

Or simply follow the steps below;

  1. Complete the Returns & Exchanges Form enclosed within your purchase.  Inform us of the style, colour & size that you would prefer.
  2. Reuse the same box we delivered your purchase to you in.
  3. Affix the free return label provided.
  4. Take your parcel to any post office.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed.

You will be notified via email once your new item/s have been dispatched.

Please note that the item/s from the original order will first be returned & a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. 

Any vouchers or discounts received will be transferred over in an exchange. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.

 

WE RECOMMEND

To avoid disappointment, we suggest you purchase the preferred item/s and send back the unwanted goods for a full refund. This will ensure you receive the goods faster and in the event that the item/s sell out prior to your exchange request being received.

 

BOUTIQUE PURCHASES

Purchases made in our boutiques can only be returned or exchanged in store.

 

* Your Tax invoice must be presented to staff for returns or exchanges.
